Molario.io ("the game") is provided by COAN BV, Brusselsesteenweg 326, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium. By playing, you agree to these terms.

Playing fair

• Choose a lab name that isn't offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonating someone else. We may remove players who don't.
• Don't cheat, use automated tools, disrupt the servers or try to access parts of the service that aren't meant for players.
• Be kind to other players, especially in games with friends.

Private games

Anyone with the code or invite link of a private game can join it. Only share it with people you want to play with.

Ads

The game is free and is funded by ads shown in public games, between games. Watching an optional ad can give a bonus start. Ads are provided by Google; see our privacy policy.

Availability

We do our best to keep Molario.io online and fun, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees. Games may be interrupted, for example when we release updates, and features may change.

Intellectual property

The game, its characters, graphics and code belong to COAN BV. You may share links to Molario.io and screenshots or videos of your games.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, COAN BV is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the game.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
